Therapy for people who want to trust themselves

I believe that you make sense, and that you have the capacity to heal and grow, no matter what you’ve been through or how you’re feeling.

I am a somatic and attachment-based therapist. I offer a collaborative, relational approach that recognizes the innate wisdom even in your most challenging symptoms.

My work is often a good fit for people who

  • find that anxiety and self-doubt make it difficult to feel connected to themselves and others

  • feel invisible or overwhelmed in relationships

  • are experiencing grief and loss, especially ambiguous or complex loss

  • are struggling to move on from painful or traumatic experiences

Let’s develop a foundation of self-trust, so that you can feel more like yourself, respond adaptively to challenges in your life, and experience greater intimacy and fulfillment in your relationships.

I am practicing on the unceded land of the Cayuse, Umatilla, Walla Walla, Cowlitz, Clackamas, and many other nations. I practice with gratitude for the traditional practices and indigenous wisdom upon which many therapeutic practices are based.
